Can I trust you?

Online Scam sites are living their best life.

I’m normally pretty good about identifying and avoiding these companies. However, my husband was tricked recently and received an uneven child sized monstrosity from China. He chalked it up to a lesson learned. Recently, as I’ve been researching ethical computing and online scammers, I’m finding my tolerance for these type of scammers is dwindling. I’m offended by these scammers infiltrating our markets and targeting Americans. All of the major players have allowed their platforms to be inundated with these bogus scam companies and innocent, unsuspecting people are the victims.

Google  AdSense sells these bogus companies ad space so that they infiltrate all of your social media apps with targeted ads, while Amazon allows these illegitimate scammers to setup storefronts with fake reviews to further scam consumers.

These scammers reinvent themselves with new domain names and store fronts, and rinse and repeat their scams to the tune of millions of dollars.  Likely all from the same manufacturer, operating under different names. Even if they are shutdown, they are reborn using another whimsical, American sounding name.  Stealing product photos from reputable sites, using google AdSense to scam unsuspecting consumers.

They target Americans, so Beware.

I decided to track down some of these companies. Please feel free add any others in the comments.

Real reviews on Trust Pilot:

èThis site popped up with pictures from a company in Italy that I have ordered from!! They have copied other companies pics and said they are theirs. The company I have purchased from creates fine linen and you get what you pay for, their items are exquisite!! The linen top was $150 and skirt was $75. I purchased them for a wedding an love both high quality items. NOracora is STEALING other companies images to make you think their items are high quality. BUYER BEWARE...as your momma always told you "you get what you pay for". cheap price, cheap quality!! Go to a reputable company and pay good money for good quality and enjoy the items for years.

èThe Women’s Vintage Lace-Up Knee-High Boots pictured on this site are actually Freebird by Steven www freebirdstores or other nice retailers

Just know that the boots described in the descripes in the subject line are actual photos of Freebird by Steven (Arlo) boots that are about $326 USD. Photos are stolen!! You can confirm by ordering them for this low, low price or take my word the pics are NOT the boots you will receive!!!
